Private Sessions are one-on-one instruction tailored to your needs, perfect for refining technique, improving flexibility, or finding deeper relaxation.
Semi-Private Group Sessions are designed for small groups who want to practice together in a private setting. Must be booked for a minimum of 3 people, with a maximum capacity of 4. All participants must be booked together in a single reservation.
